Total shipping weight and shipping/handling fees get automatically calculated on our SHOPPING CART PAGE

Import duties, taxes, and charges
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the BUYER'S responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

For the Anglers in Itay and Brazil:
Tell us your Tax Code, Codice Fiscale(Italy), CPF(Brazil), please.

We need them to fill in shipping documents.

Arranging After Payment
We appreciate your understanding that there are some possibilities to adjust the shipping fee after you have made a payment.
If the actual shipping fee turns out to be less than the amount that has been charged, we will refund the excess.  If the shipping fee that has been charged turns out to be short, we will send you an additional invoice for the difference. 

Combine Shipping

We accept combine shipping for all orders made within 7 Business DAYS from the 1st order.

Handling Time
We need 4-5 Business days to move the items from our shops/warehouse to our international shipping office.
In case we need to take some items from makers/wholesalers, it may take 5-10 Business days or more
*We close on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and new year/summer holidays.

Remote Areas
A remote area refers to a location that is considered challenging to serve by the logistics company. If the your location is in a remote area, your shipment may be subject to a remote area surcharge.

Delivery Service
are recommended because these are traceable, fully insured and faster than standard postal services.

DHL Express
We do not ship the parcels LONGER THAN 120cm by DHL.

FedEx International Priority/International Economy
Rods packed in the tubes LONGER THAN 150cm CAN NOT be shipped by EMS.
However, we offer worldwide shipping for these rods fully insured with tracking by FedEx.

*The difference will be charged in case the volumetric weight is heavier than the actual weight.

**If your shipping address is in the REMOTE AREA, please choose the "REMOTE AREA" shipping option on shopping cart or an EXTRA FEE will be charged.

Shipping Rods

You can choose these for Light, Small Orders.
Airmail and ePacket are available for LESS THAN 2000g respectively. 
We ship orders by Air Mail; NO tracking NO insurance ONLY if the total amount of the order is LESS than 3000JPY.
That's why we DO NOT REFUND in the case that the parcels get lost, stolen and damaged in delivery.
Before we prepare shipping, we need your CLEAR AGREEMENT to the term.
Confirmation Form
ePacket is recommended only for the value less than anywhere around 6000-10000JPY considering insurance cover only UP TO 6000JPY.
when the parcel gets lost, stolen and damaged.

Required Shipping Information
We can ONLY ship to the address you have put in the shipping information when you make payment.

We need your phone number and also some additional information like tax code is required for the customers in some countries.

It's a shame but we cancel your order if we do not get all these information within 7 days.

We can arrange your shipping as much as we can do.
Please feel free to ask us anything about your shipping but before that, you have to complete your order with payment.

***Do not worry to close your order and make payment before asking us to arrange.
We will refund or send another invoice for the difference to adjust.
