Pre-Orders
At JDM Tackle Heaven, we offer pre-order options for items not currently in stock. Here's how our pre-order process works:
Types of Pre-Orders:

"Pre-order (item name)": Indicates the item is out of stock. Upon your order, we'll back-order it from our suppliers or manufacturers. This may take extra time. If we cannot secure the item or if there's a significant delay, we'll inform you, and you can choose to:
- Wait for the next production run.
- Select an alternative item.
- Cancel your order.

"Pre-order (item name) coming in (month)": Denotes a new item expected soon. We'll ship it to you as soon as it's available. Please note, release and delivery may be delayed due to manufacturer schedules. If pre-orders exceed stock, your item may ship during the next production run.
Payment and Cancellation:
- Once we place a back-order, your payment status becomes "Paid." Canceling after this point incurs a 5% refund fee.
- For refunds requested more than 120 days after payment, cash refunds aren't possible due to system limitations. Instead, we offer refunds via Heaven's Points or discount coupons.
Options if an Item is Unavailable:
- Keep the Order: We'll back-order the item, and you'll wait until it's available. This is ideal if you're not in a hurry but want the item in the future. Note: Canceling later will incur a 5% refund fee.
- Replace with Another Item: You can choose any other item, including used ones. If the replacement is larger or longer, additional shipping charges may apply. Any excess amount will be refunded.

Cancel the Order:
- If payment hasn't been captured, cancellation is free.
- If payment has been captured, a 5% refund fee applies.
