Shipping and Handling
Shipping Charges
- All products ship from Japan.
- Shipping weight and fees are automatically calculated on the Shopping Cart page.
Import Duties & Taxes
- Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in item prices or shipping costs.
- These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Please check with your country’s customs office for additional costs before purchasing.
For Customers in Italy and Brazil
- Provide your Tax Code: Codice Fiscale (Italy) or CPF (Brazil). These are required for shipping.
Adjustments After Payment
- If the shipping fee is lower than charged, we’ll refund the difference.
- If the fee is higher, we’ll send an additional invoice for the extra cost.
Combined Shipping
- Orders placed within 7 business days can be combined to save on shipping.
Handling Time
- Most orders ship within 4–5 business days.
- If items need to be sourced from suppliers, shipping may take 5–10 business days or longer.
- We are closed on weekends, national holidays, and seasonal breaks.
Remote Areas
- Remote areas (hard-to-reach locations for the logistics company) may have a surcharge.
- Choose the "Remote Area" option at checkout or additional fees will apply.
Delivery Options
- Recommended Services: EMS, DHL Express, FedEx (fast, insured, and trackable).
- DHL: Cannot ship parcels over 120cm.
- FedEx: Ships rods over 150cm with full insurance and tracking.
Light/Small Orders (Airmail/ePacket)
- Available for orders under 2000g.

Airmail: No tracking or insurance; available only for orders under 3000 JPY.
- Losses due to theft, damage, or delivery issues are not refundable.
- Before shipping, you must provide your agreement to these terms via a Confirmation Form.
- ePacket: Insured up to 6000 JPY. Losses above this amount are not refundable..
Shipping Address
- We ship only to the address provided at checkout.
- Include your phone number and tax code (if needed).
- Orders without complete information may be canceled after 7 days.
Address Changes
- Do not change your address after the package ships. Contact us immediately if a change is needed. Additional fees may apply.
Special Requests
- Let us know if you have special shipping requests. We’ll adjust costs and issue refunds or additional invoices as needed.
