Q: My shipping charge is very expensive. Is it correct? 

A: Our shipping rate at checkout is an estimation. 
In some cases when you buy two or more items in once, the shipping may be displayed at a higher rate than actual rate. 
We check the shipping after we receive your order. If you pay more money than we need, we refund it to you. 
If you would like to pay the actual amount only, please feel free to contact us. 
We will send you an invoice. 

Q: If I place an order today, when it is delivered? 

A: Generally speaking, it takes approximately 10-14 days. In some countries, you may receive the order sooner. 
If you order a pre-order item, we need a few business days to find out the shipping date. Once the shipping date is set, we will let you know. 
Please contact us if you need your ordered items in urgent. We do our best to ship as soon as possible. 

Q: Is there any possibility that a rod may be broken during transport? 

A: We pack most rods in solid PVC tube. (Some rods with a hard rod case, we pack them in thick carbon box. 
There is still a few possibilities but we are trying to minimize the risk every day.
