Orders ship from Japan, with fees calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes are not included and are the buyer's responsibility. Handling time is typically 4–5 business days but may take longer if items need sourcing. We recommend EMS, DHL, or FedEx for fast, insured delivery.

We offer two types of pre-orders, as per the product title:

• "Pre-order (item name)": For back-ordered items. If unavailable or delayed, you can wait, choose an alternative, or cancel.
• "Pre-order (item name) coming in (month)": For new releases, shipping begins when in stock. The dates are manufacturer estimates and may be delayed.

Once payment is processed, cancellations incur a 5% fee. Refunds after 120 days are issued as Heaven’s Points or discount coupons.

• Refunds & Fees: Cancellations after 6 hours incur a 5% refund fee, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returns: Items must be in brand-new condition with all original packaging and returned within 14 days. Buyers cover return shipping costs.
