Stronger Hook Implementation!

To reliably land bass caught in the deepest cover, the hook must be appropriately sized for easy penetration and also be very tough. Therefore, the Equip Stronger is equipped with a well-balanced, high-precision, and robust hook. The 1/4oz version features a 4/0 hook, and the 3/8oz version uses a 5/0 hook. These strong hooks penetrate the upper jaw of big bass. The eye position, set at an angle close to 90°, is designed to make the hook point stand up easily when a bass bites, achieving smooth hookups. However, when snagging on obstacles like branches, it maintains a near-horizontal posture, enhancing its appeal in the water.

Stronger Snag Resistance and Appeal!

A guard angle of approximately 45° was chosen to prevent the hook point from easily being exposed. By installing a different number of brush guards for each weight, snag resistance and hooking performance suited to the head weight are achieved. By selecting head colors that match the rubber skirt, an understated silhouette is maintained. Also, a design that emphasizes holding power is adopted to prevent the trailer worm from shifting even when placed in heavy cover. The skirt material is also all-silicone with firmness, further enhancing the appeal compared to the conventional Equip.
