Exciting Updates to Heaven's Points – Our Loyalty Program

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new points program starting December 3!

Transition Period: December 3–10

During this time, it may take a little longer for points to be reflected properly as we transition to the updated system. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Changes to Point Usage

1. New Point Calculation Method
   The way points are calculated has been updated:

   • Old system: 10,000 Points = 100 yen
   • New system: 100 Points = 100 yen
     
     

2. Easier Redemption
   Points can now be applied directly to your cart!

   • Simply enter the number of points you’d like to use on the cart page.
     
     

3. Enhanced Tracking

   • View your point history conveniently on My Page (you must be logged in).
   • Check the points you’ll earn directly on each product page.
