Apologies for our customer service


This is Matt from Japan. 
We hope you're all well and things settle down soon.

Very pleased that recently we've had so many orders from our international customers.
Thank you so much!

However,
under the COVID-19 situation, many staff members have been off to care for their children at home.

So very few staff members have to do all tasks like inspection, packing, and reply to inquiries.

To provide a better shopping experience, we've been trying to reply as soon as possible.

I would appreciate your understanding that it takes much more time for us to reply to your inquiries.

Also, we have a problem with our communication system.

    I am wanting to purchase the 2001 stella 3000ha without the spool, I am waiting for the money to transfer to my account and I will put the order through sometime today, or tomorrow at the latest. Thank you for such a great site, I hope that you have remained prosperous during this epidemic, I have seen a of interesting business during this change in our current economy, for one, fishing equipment sales have seemed to pick up, I guess it is a good passtime for avoiding contact with others… the fish don’t seem to mind!
