We offer two types of pre-orders, as per the product title:
- "Pre-order (item name)": For back-ordered items. If unavailable or delayed, you can wait, choose an alternative, or cancel.
- "Pre-order (item name) coming in (month)": For new releases, shipping begins when in stock. The dates are manufacturer estimates and may be delayed.
Once payment is processed, cancellations incur a 5% fee. Refunds after 120 days are issued as Heaven’s Points or discount coupons.

- Refunds & Fees: Cancellations after 6 hours incur a 5% refund fee, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns: Items must be in brand-new condition with all original packaging and returned within 14 days. Buyers cover return shipping costs.

The Elfin Mini Cicada takes the Cicada down to a 30mm body while keeping the wide wobbling action the series is known for. Its low, loud "koto-koto" rattle carries well through still water, so it keeps drawing fish in the heavily pressured ponds where a smaller silhouette is the only thing that gets bites.
Both models run at about 20cm: the F floats for surface and just-subsurface work, the S sinks for a slightly deeper, faster approach. Hooks: S31BL #8, rings #1.
