- "Pre-order (item name) coming in (month)": For new releases, shipping begins when in stock. The dates are manufacturer estimates and may be delayed.
Once payment is processed, cancellations incur a 5% fee. Refunds after 120 days are issued as Heaven’s Points or discount coupons.

The specialized bending shaft balancer is mounted slightly offset from the roll axis of the action and is positioned ultra-low along the bottom of the body form. This eliminates any loss of action caused by weight shifting inherent in traditional moving balancer systems.
