The Vazelle is 80mm, the Dai Vazelle (Big Vazelle) is 100mm, and the Chibi Vazelle (Small Vazelle) is "55mm". This isn't just a slight size difference; the performance packed into this exceptionally small body is truly phenomenal.
Despite its small size, it possesses the stability characteristic of the Vazelle series, refusing to break form even during ultra-high-speed retrieves. It also features a stationary twitching ("piku-piku") action on the water's surface that leverages its compact profile. We have perfected a "hanemono" (winged bait) designed to catch that crucial fish, combining both static (stillness) and dynamic (motion) actions.
It faithfully replicates micro-baits such as small fish, cicadas, and dragonflies, demonstrating outstanding effectiveness against bass that are preying on these micro-baits. In sight fishing, it lures bass with its highly visible movement, fully demonstrating its capabilities even in confined spaces like farm ponds or managed fishing areas (pay lakes).
Featuring the Imakatsu-original rear-positioned wing inherited from the Aventa Crawler RS—a common trait in the Vazelle series—its casting distance is significantly improved compared to lures of the same size. Its high straight-line trajectory also enables accurate casts to the intended target. Furthermore, during the stationary surface twitching action, the rear wing acts as an anchor, allowing it to continuously create ripples in one spot. This realistically replicates winged insects like cicadas or dragonflies that have fallen onto the water.
This precise movement, combined with the reinforced plastic wings that firmly push the water, attracts bass even under high-pressure conditions. The new standard in small crawler baits that many anglers have been waiting for—that is the Chibi Vazelle.
