Shipping
Orders ship from Japan, with fees calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes are not included and are the buyer's responsibility. Handling time is typically 4–5 business days but may take longer if items need sourcing. We recommend EMS, DHL, or FedEx for fast, insured delivery.

We offer two types of pre-orders, as per the product title:
- "Pre-order (item name)": For back-ordered items. If unavailable or delayed, you can wait, choose an alternative, or cancel.
- "Pre-order (item name) coming in (month)": For new releases, shipping begins when in stock. The dates are manufacturer estimates and may be delayed.
Once payment is processed, cancellations incur a 5% fee. Refunds after 120 days are issued as Heaven’s Points or discount coupons.

- Refunds & Fees: Cancellations after 6 hours incur a 5% refund fee, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns: Items must be in brand-new condition with all original packaging and returned within 14 days. Buyers cover return shipping costs.
- Pre-Orders: Canceling reserved items incurs fees. Refunds for payments over 120 days are issued as Heaven’s Points or coupons.

The front eye suits down-cross casts and fast retrieves; the rear eye suits up-cross casts and slow retrieves. Switching between the two eyes lets a single lure cover a wide span of depths and situations.
Schneider 13 (59mm / 13g / range from 30cm): keeps the weight setting that works so well in the shallows, but moves up to one of the largest hooks in its class - cutting down the lost fish that small, light metal vibrations are prone to.
Schneider 18 (67mm / 18g / range from 60cm): the weight setting for working the bottom of shallow flats and deeper rivers, with an improved casting attitude and less hook fouling.
Recommended water: rivers, tidal flats, harbours and boat fishing.
