We offer two types of pre-orders, as per the product title:
- "Pre-order (item name)": For back-ordered items. If unavailable or delayed, you can wait, choose an alternative, or cancel.
- "Pre-order (item name) coming in (month)": For new releases, shipping begins when in stock. The dates are manufacturer estimates and may be delayed.
Once payment is processed, cancellations incur a 5% fee. Refunds after 120 days are issued as Heaven’s Points or discount coupons.

- Refunds & Fees: Cancellations after 6 hours incur a 5% refund fee, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns: Items must be in brand-new condition with all original packaging and returned within 14 days. Buyers cover return shipping costs.

A New Creature That Drifts and Crawls
The Flutter Gizmo is a small feeding bait built around one idea: stay in the strike zone and keep moving. A pair of wings on the body catches water on the fall and on the slightest twitch, so the bait flutters down and then crawls along the bottom rather than simply lying still.
The material is non-salt and infused with shrimp and squid, so it holds buoyancy — the wings and legs keep quivering on a dead stop. That buoyancy also lifts the body off the bottom and helps it come through cover far better than a bait that lies flat.
