Shipping

We offer two types of pre-orders, as per the product title:
- "Pre-order (item name)": For back-ordered items. If unavailable or delayed, you can wait, choose an alternative, or cancel.
- "Pre-order (item name) coming in (month)": For new releases, shipping begins when in stock. The dates are manufacturer estimates and may be delayed.
Once payment is processed, cancellations incur a 5% fee. Refunds after 120 days are issued as Heaven’s Points or discount coupons.

- Refunds & Fees: Cancellations after 6 hours incur a 5% refund fee, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns: Items must be in brand-new condition with all original packaging and returned within 14 days. Buyers cover return shipping costs.
- Pre-Orders: Canceling reserved items incurs fees. Refunds for payments over 120 days are issued as Heaven’s Points or coupons.

This groundbreaking system gives a single lure multiple characters, allowing the lip angle to be changed with a single touch, enabling instantaneous switching between different target depths and effective actions.
Su means four. The "SuWITCH," which literally embodies "four witches," possesses diverse destructive power, delivering four distinct magical forces in a single lure. It enables switching between diving ranges and actions to match the situation, making it a new-generation multi-purpose swimbait that "switches on" predators. It features the world's first one-touch lip adjustment mechanism for a swimbait, the "Two-Stage Variable Bill." This allows instant switching between the "WAKE MODE" on the surface and the "DIVING MODE" underwater. Furthermore, for each mode, anglers can choose between an attraction via "RETRIEVE" and an attraction using "ROD WORK," which combines twitching and jerking. This allows a single lure to instantly generate four different actions with distinct appeal characteristics.
