In the currently subdivided eging scene, techniques have diversified and angler skills have evolved significantly. Amidst this, our reason for releasing a new eging rod series is singular: because we, Yamaga Blanks, a blank manufacturer, want all eging anglers to hold the current highest values of lightness, castability, and responsiveness that we pursue.

With the new Calista, we not only use the latest carbon materials, but we have also polished the blank to its limits with our design prowess and technology. We've evolved our original concept—that anyone can handle the rod, use techniques freely, and cast farther than they imagine—while simultaneously honing the individuality of each model to ensure you can feel the blank’s power to its maximum.

This new Calista is the culmination of Yamaga Blanks' latest technology, rebuilt from its origin. It's a model that cannot be described with just the words "renewal" or "new model." If we had to give it a name, it would be "Calista Origin."
