The Black Star Rock series was developed with a single, clear concept in mind: "A rockfish rod that anyone can handle with ease."

We pursued a blank design that allows anglers to enjoy rockfish gaming all across Japan—from rockfish (soi) and fat greenling (ainame) in the north, to groupers up to around 2kg in the south—from both shore and offshore. By incorporating the latest TORAYCA® T1100G carbon, we have created a rod that is slimmer, stronger, and more torque-full than ever before.

This versatile rod seamlessly accommodates a wide range of techniques, from Texas rigs and free rigs to swimming methods and darting actions.
