FedEx has announced that it is temporarily suspend shipments to Europe for packages exceeding 122 cm in length.
This is due to an overflow of packages at the Asian hub, which is a transit point.
Currently, this situation is expected to be short term and will be resolved very soon.
As previously announced, we in Japan are entering a holiday period this weekend and will not be shipping any shipments. (more details) Therefore, we believe the impact will be limited.
After we resume our business, we will be able to ship reels, lures, and other small items as well as short rods as usual. Shipping by DHL will also be working unchanged.
Customers who have already placed orders will be contacted individually later.
For urgent orders, we will offer other shipping methods, but please note that shipping charges are subject to change.
This is the primary information and will be updated as soon as further news is announced.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for accepting a little extra time for shipping.
