Our focus this month is on “Cultivate,” where we aim to deepen our connection with you and improve the overall experience we offer. To achieve this, we’ll be working on two key areas:

We want to hear directly from you about what you expect from us. Your feedback will help shape our future product offerings and service improvements. We’ll be sending out surveys and conducting interviews, so please share your thoughts and let us know how we can better meet your needs.
Shipping Fee Updates
In the coming weeks, we will be adjusting our shipping fees. Despite the rising costs of labor and packaging materials, we’ve held off on increasing fees for quite some time. However, to continue improving our services and delivering an exceptional shopping experience, this change is necessary. Your understanding and support will help us invest in resources that allow us to serve you even better.

In October, we’ll focus on “Build,” and in November, the theme will be “Care.” Each month, you can expect new updates and improvements that reflect these values.
