Cancellation Policy
Once an accessory special order is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted.
When Cancellation Is Allowed:
Discontinued if a product becomes unavailable due to manufacturer discontinuation or cessation of production, we will notify you. In this case, your order will be canceled.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be made to your credit card:
Refund amounts will be issued as Heavens Points (store credit).

Orders We May Not Accept
We may not be able to accept orders depending on the product type or quantity.
Violation of Terms
