Similar to the 610 mentioned above, this model is a short-scale version of the Tsukuyomi 706H.
With a recommended weight range of No. 25 to No. 40 (approx. 94gā150g), this short-length model maintains the capacity of the 706H while balancing superior handling and casting performance.
In situations with heavy currents, weights of No. 35 to No. 40 are required; however, the Omorig technique still demands a certain level of casting capability. If a rod is too stiff, even if casting is possible, it becomes difficult to detect bites at the tip, and the burden on the wrist increases. Furthermore, excessive stiffness often leads to hook pulls (torn skin) during the retrieve. Therefore, we have finished this rod with a precise balanceāneither too stiff nor too soft.
Additionally, in scenarios where strong attraction is necessary, the Tsukuyomi 610H allows for sharp, powerful jerking actions. It will fully demonstrate its power particularly in patterns requiring strong appeal in deep-water areas.
