- "Pre-order (item name)": For back-ordered items. If unavailable or delayed, you can wait, choose an alternative, or cancel.
- "Pre-order (item name) coming in (month)": For new releases, shipping begins when in stock. The dates are manufacturer estimates and may be delayed.
Once payment is processed, cancellations incur a 5% fee. Refunds after 120 days are issued as Heavenās Points or discount coupons.
