- "Pre-order (item name)": For back-ordered items. If unavailable or delayed, you can wait, choose an alternative, or cancel.
- "Pre-order (item name) coming in (month)": For new releases, shipping begins when in stock. The dates are manufacturer estimates and may be delayed.
Once payment is processed, cancellations incur a 5% fee. Refunds after 120 days are issued as Heaven’s Points or discount coupons.

- Refunds & Fees: Cancellations after 6 hours incur a 5% refund fee, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The GENMA 85S further specializes in delicate, "bait-provoking" fishing. This model is highly adapted for early season fishing, smaller locations like bays, rivers, and canals, and situations where the target fish are selectively feeding on small baitfish such as juvenile Ayu (chi-ayu), Haku (juvenile Mullet), or Anchovies (Katakuchi).
The biggest feature of the GENMA Series is the swimming plate installed vertically on the front of the head. This achieves three things: (1) excellent start-up capability for immediate action initiation, (2) stability during swimming, and (3) appropriate swim resistance that allows for easily controlled operation. It is equipped with a proprietary weight transfer system to maximize long-distance castability. Furthermore, two types are available to suit different uses, ranges, and fishing methods.
