We offer two types of pre-orders, as per the product title:
- "Pre-order (item name)": For back-ordered items. If unavailable or delayed, you can wait, choose an alternative, or cancel.
- "Pre-order (item name) coming in (month)": For new releases, shipping begins when in stock. The dates are manufacturer estimates and may be delayed.
Once payment is processed, cancellations incur a 5% fee. Refunds after 120 days are issued as Heaven’s Points or discount coupons.

- Refunds & Fees: Cancellations after 6 hours incur a 5% refund fee, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The bend and crank geometry are inherited from RYUGI's proven Pierce Hook theory. The bend offers a high restoring force against deformation, while the crank lets the worm slide away easily on the hookset to raise the hook-up rate. On top of that, RYUGI poured in the know-how gained from Tantrum Control, its premier straight hook.
By refining the balance between gap width and point orientation, they arrived at a shape that makes contact with the fish easily while losing as little hooking power as possible. The material is Cyber Metal, the same steel used in Fog Shot and others, which keeps the point from dulling and further increases the rigidity of the hook.
