Super Trout Advance MAX Power PE X9 S-spec is Varivas' native trout braid. The S-spec (Smooth Shield) surface treatment is highly water repellent and very low friction, so the line keeps more buoyancy than a standard PE.
Because the line floats, lures rise more readily and clear structure and snags more easily. The low friction also adds casting distance and durability.
CORE-INPUT construction gives it moderate stiffness and high durability, cutting down guide tangles and wind knots. Vertical Braid construction holds stretch in the 3% range, so lure control, sensitivity and hook-setting stay intact at distance and in deep water.
Marking alternates white and dark champagne gold every 1m. White reads against dark backgrounds such as mountains; dark champagne gold reads when the surface reflects sky or cloud.
