Pre-Orders

We offer two types of pre-orders, as per the product title:

"Pre-order (item name)": For back-ordered items. If unavailable or delayed, you can wait, choose an alternative, or cancel.
"Pre-order (item name) coming in (month)": For new releases, shipping begins when in stock. The dates are manufacturer estimates and may be delayed.

Once payment is processed, cancellations incur a 5% fee. Refunds after 120 days are issued as Heaven’s Points or discount coupons.

Cancellations and Returns

We aim to ensure your satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

Refunds & Fees: Cancellations after 6 hours incur a 5% refund fee, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns: Items must be in brand-new condition with all original packaging and returned within 14 days. Buyers cover return shipping costs.

A 4m Diver You Can Throw All Day

IK-400R was built as a 4m diving crank. Imakatsu poured its deep-crank know-how into a body that still handles tough conditions and, just as importantly, stays light on the retrieve so you can keep it in the water all day. It tracks straight into a headwind, flies beautifully for its class, and answers fish that have started refusing the louder American-style wobble with a tight wiggling action. The concept was a working tool, not a showpiece — the R in IK400R stands for Racing.

The Imakatsu Crank Project

The brief for the whole IK Crank line was not a bait for one narrow situation. It was a baseline crank anyone can trust through all four seasons — one that casts well for any angler and, on a plain steady retrieve, automatically holds a set depth across a lot of water. The series does not pick its user.
