By utilizing the exclusive prepreg and molding methods reserved for the LIMITED series, we have perfected a super high-resilience blank that surpasses the base MSS-1092-TR in all three core elements: "long-distance casting," "operability," and "tracking."
Of particular note is the specification change to a "LURE MAX of 55g," a 5g increase over the base blank. This modification expands the upper limit of the operating range while maintaining the same precision for lower-weight lures. Consequently, a 50g jig—which was at the absolute limit for a full cast with the MSS-1092-TR—can now be swung through with effortless power thanks to the rod's enhanced rebound.
While the overall strength and resilience of the blank have been increased, both the blank and the total rod weight are lighter than the base model, ensuring no loss in performance due to weight. Furthermore, while the overwhelming resilience common to all previous LIMITED models necessitates a full cast to reach its peak potential, we have tuned this model to be slightly "more manageable" than its predecessors, keeping in mind the long hours required for open-ocean surf fishing. This allows current Monster Surf users to immediately and consistently achieve overwhelming flight distances.
