As its name suggests, this high-spec cover spinning rod was refined and hardened at the “Miyakoda River Dam” near the Megabass headquarters factory. The Miyakoda River Dam, a tough reservoir filled with dense standing timber and complex rock formations, has produced many iconic Megabass creations. This model is a special-function design that enhances the agility required to master Miyakoda-style fishing: (1) accurately threading lures through tight cover from a distance, (2) achieving an ultra-natural fall with small rubber jigs and free rigs, (3) detecting subtle differences in bites and setting the hook precisely, and (4) immediately pulling fish away from cover after hookup. It allows repeated, pinpoint casting into tight spots while probing bite zones with a variety of rigs, and its bite-promoting tip section helps the lure fully inhale strikes during the fall, while the high-tension belly delivers excellent hook-setting performance even on deep-range bites. High rigidity combined with a powerful, torque-rich butt section brings an aggressive style of fishing to life.
