The 55mm long handle achieves powerful winding even under high load, which the high-rigidity HAGANE Body firmly supports. Micromodule Gear technology is installed internally, improving smooth winding performance and boosting angler concentration. The newly shaped clutch lever pursues ease of operation, supporting an aggressive, technical fishing style.
Furthermore, the reel is configured for fighting fish with thin lines, featuring a variety of elements such as the smooth initial slip provided by carbon cross washers and the Exciting Drag Sound which allows you to aurally perceive the drag's release. Despite incorporating these full features, the reel achieves a low self-weight. Its technical and versatile performance has been raised to an even higher level.
By miniaturizing the teeth of the pinion and main gears, giving them a higher tooth count than before, and engaging them more closely and frequently, gear noise is significantly reduced. This minimizes gear noise without compromising strength, adding that unique Shimano smoothness to the winding experience through smooth power transmission.
