This power finesse rod combines high sensitivity to target bass that no longer respond to standard small rubber jig power finesse tactics in today's high-pressure fields. While casting with MH or H power finesse rods often lacks the sensation of loading the rod’s weight, this model features an ML power tip that allows anglers to load the weight onto the tip section during pitching, enabling anyone to accurately pierce shallow cover.
By applying a "he-shaped taper" (stepped taper) to the tip, it achieves a distinct level of delicate operational feel and tactile sensitivity, allowing the angler to understand the rig's status and operate it precisely even when suspended over laydowns. This delicate tip is paired with a contrasting, robust butt section that can sharply set the hook on instantaneous bites typical of power finesse and forcefully pull fish out of cover.
Furthermore, the "he-shaped" tip, which is highly effective for power finesse, also delivers peak performance for mid-strolling 5" to 6" stick baits using 3.5g to 7g jig heads. Even in strong winds with choppy water surfaces, the tactile sensitivity allows for skillful line tension control—making the behavior of the underwater rig feel as if it were in your own hands—enabling you to trigger bites by maintaining a steady rhythm while feeling the fluctuations in line tension.
