Tracking notification is updated!

The timing of the tracking number notification to you has changed. 

Previously, you were automatically notified after shipment. From now on, however, you may receive notification before shipment. 

When you look at the tracking page, you don't have to wonder if there is a problem because it hasn't been shipped yet. After the notification is received, the package will be shipped within one business day. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as Japanese national holidays.Therefore, it is possible that your notice will be received on Friday and shipped on Monday. 

It is also possible that notification and shipment will be at the same time, as we want to get to you as soon as possible. 


Once shipped, in some countries, the shipping company will contact you. 
If your phone number or email address has changed, please contact us or contact the courier's customer service in your country with your tracking number.
